Changes to the guild

This is a list of changes currently in place or changing in the guild.

Rank name changes: to fit our name “heroes of nowhere”.

3 Directors; Lostlight: Raiding and raid management, Avastar: recutting and Guild bank. Palsywalsy: off hours guild management.

Guild leader Asaris will now take on a role of managing the directors rather than the guild directly.

Rank Value changes: higher non officer ranks will have more value.

Vent: it is encouraged that all members have ventrilo and participate in out voice server.

Updated Raiding

Hey guys, thought i might update you on what’s going on for the raid team.We will be doing a 25 man raid group with Order of the Horde on weekends for ICC and TOC 25. We will also be doing icc and the weeklys as a guild on fridays and tuesdays. For any questions PM Asaris or Lostlight in game.

patch 3.3 is now out, the biggest world of warcraft patch to date. we will need our entire raid team to become prepared to go to ICC through the new 5 man dungeons, we will hopefully be starting IIC early next year.

How to Get a Promotion =D

1. Dont ask for one.
2. Be nice/helpful to your fellow guildies.
3. Recruit more guildies.
4.Donate time/items/money to the guild.
5.Be Active.

Officer promotions don’t happen very often but lower rank ones are very frequent.

our raid team in Uldaur has now downed Flame Leviathan, XT-002, Razorscale, Kologarn and Auriana. Gj so far team, just need to get some hit rateing on more peoples gear.
